The villa is available for complete private rental or as a traditional guesthouse where you can book one, two or three suites and/or the pavilion (a two-bedroom suite).
If you wish to book the complete villa, we advise you to do it as far ahead as possible.
Ours rates include breakfast. Airport transfers (Marrakech Menara), together with an initial session in the hammam, are offered for stays of 3 nights and longer.
Private rental of the Villa
For an unforgettable holiday with friends or family, private rental of the villa and the pavilion allows you to enjoy exclusive use of all the services and facilities of the house, including, of course, our highly-trained staff. The “private villa” option is available for stays of 3 nights and longer.
Rates for 7-day exclusive villa accommodation for 10-12 guests start from € 7,000.
Breakfasts, airport transfers and free use of the hammam are included in the price.
The villa is also available for private rental without the pavilion.
Our customized packages
We will be happy to provide customized packages on request, such as a ‘Suite & Car Hire’ deal. We will handle all the arrangements and your car will be ready and waiting for you at Dar Challa. You simply need to sign the car hire voucher. Prices start from € 45 per day for a small car.

Low season :

- from 15th November to 18th December 2010
High season :
- from 1st September to 11th November 2009
- from 6th February to 14th November 2010
Holiday season :
- from 19th December 2009 to 5th January 2010
General terms & conditions
In the event of cancellation more than thirty days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, we will refund you your deposit, minus bank transfer fees and a € 20 handling fee.
In the event of cancellation fewer than thirty days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
Payment: we accept cash, as well as Visa and MasterCard. A 3% bank fee will be added to payments made by bank card at the guesthouse.
